WAT Dispenser Troubleshooting and Warranty InfoUpdated a year ago

EcoEnclose has 5 Water Activated Tape Dispensers, each with different features. We have compiled this resource for some possible scenarios in case you are experiencing any issues with your dispenser. You can also find our warranty information below if you have tried troubleshooting and are still having issues.

Tape Does Not Have Consistent Moisture

Cause: Water level is too low to properly moisten the tape.
Remedy: Add warm water to the fill line.
Cause: There is high humidity/temperatures. 
  • Remedy for Pull and Tear Dispenser: Add warm water to the fill line.
  • Remedy for Manual and Electric Dispensers: Turn the white plastic screw under the water reservoir. If you lower that screw the water bottle will allow more water into the tank and you should see a difference shortly.
Cause: Brush needs to be replaced.
Remedy: Replace brush. 
Cause: Brush needs to be cleaned. 
Remedy: Clean brush with hot soapy water and replace.
