EcoEnclose In-Store Pickup PolicyUpdated a year ago

We love to meet and chat with our local customers! Please read below for the process you will follow when picking up an order.

  • Place your order and choose In-Store Pickup (Collect from Store - 416 S Taylor Ave, Louisville CO). 
    • This option is only available for eligible items and for customers located within a 50-mile radius of our location.
    • If you are located within 50 miles and do not see this option, please contact us to discuss options.

  • Once your order is ready for pick up we will change the status to "Awaiting Pickup" which will send an email notifying you. You can then come to pick up the order between the hours of 9-4, Monday through Friday.
    • If you need a different time, please contact us, and we work to accommodate you.
    • Please note that different products have differing lead times, and we will notify you after all items are ready to minimize the carbon footprint of multiple trips.
    • If you want to pick up items with a shorter lead time sooner, please contact us, and we will see what we can do.

  • If you have not received an email within 2 business days of the longest lead time of the items ordered, please contact us.
  • If there is a mask mandate in Boulder County, please wear one. Also, please wear a mask regardless of a mask order if you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Please have the order number and name on order for reference.
  • Please park on the East Side of our building and enter through the main doors, closest to S Taylor Ave.

We will hold your order for pickup for 2 weeks after your first email notification before the order is recycled/restocked. There may or may not be a refund due. We will send the following notifications to you:

Notification 1. When order is ready for pickup 

Notification 2. 7 days from the first email notification.

Notification 3: 14 days after the first email notification - Final email notice to say that the pickup deadline has been reached, and the order will be restocked and refunded/credited, or recycled. 

If you do not pick up within 2 weeks, a refund may be due. After the deadline:

  • Stock Items will be refunded.
  • Corrugate, non-printed: We may be able to issue a store credit for 50% of the product cost. This will depend on the qty/product. If we cannot sell on clearance, no refund or credit is due. 
  • Custom printed items: No refund or credit due as we must recycle.
