Thank you so much for your order and for choosing eco-friendly packaging! Have you received your order confirmation via email? If so, your order is in our queue and either processed or shipped.
Orders can take two days (for stock items) to several weeks (for custom-printed items) to ship. Check our lead times for more information and compare that to the items you have ordered.
When your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation notice via email with your tracking number. From there, you can track your package with the carrier you chose for shipment.
