Requests may or may not be able to be accommodated. Please contact us as soon as possible via chat or phone during business hours so we can see if we can accommodate your change request. To submit cancellation requests outside of business hours, please submit a contact request here.
Our lead times vary depending on what products you ordered. Regardless of our posted lead times, we work hard to quickly get your orders out the door. As such, your request may or may not be able to be accommodated, depending on when the order was placed and where it is in our queue.
We are not able to change orders once payment has been made. If you have not yet received a shipment confirmation, please contact us to see if we can catch the order before it ships.
Adding to an Order
If you forgot to add an item, please go ahead and place a new order if that makes sense, or we may be able to cancel your order for you, and you can place a new order.
